Brown Treated Deck Build In Blaine Minnesota
This customer in Blaine Minnesota needed to replace an existing deck on the side of their home. The old deck was in pretty rough shape and wasn't safe to use. Their new deck is a 12' x 24' Brown Treated KTAD (Kiln Dried After Treatment) wood deck. The deck sits on solid framing with 2" x 10' joists, 2" x 12 foot beams, 6" x 6" posts and then 4"x 4" railing posts. The railings are made with 2 x 4 and we've added a drink board on top to finish off the look.
We also finished some custom landscaping work underneath the deck which included paving stone edging and a gravel area.
