This would be for a small (10' x 10' to 10' x 12') deck with basic framing and wooden handrails.

Medium Deck

$8,000-$13,000

This would be for a medium sized deck (12' x 16') and would include handrails, framing, and decking material.

Large Deck

$13,000 - $30,000+

This would be for a large deck, possibly multi-level or with additional framing for a hot tub.  Aluminum railings, stairs, and even lighting.
