Brown Treated Deck Project In Ham Lake MN
This wood deck was built for one of our customers in Ham Lake, MN. We Removed the old and unsafe deck the customer already had. Then we installed this Beautiful 12' x 20' brown treated deck with white aluminum Westbury C10 railings with 4x4 posts. We finished the deck with a custom herringbone down the middle of the floor for looks.
This deck rests on a solid foundation and we had to dig down 44 inches below grade and we installed three 12 inch round footings with an 18 inch bellow on bottom. Then we had to install three 6x6 support posts attached to the 2' x 12' beams and then we used 2' x 10' joists for this build to install the final material on.
